Why does the skin dry out?
Skin water is vital. It is she who makes our skin supple and supple. Due to moisture, the skin receives nutrition.

The saturation of the skin with moisture is affected by the uppermost stratum corneum and subcutaneous fat. They form a film on the surface of the skin, which protects the deeper layers from the negative effects of the environment and retains water.

When this layer is thinned, the skin dries up, dehydrates and all the problems associated with this condition arise.

Dry skin and lack of vitamins
Dry skin is often caused by the fact that the body lacks certain vitamins. What vitamins are primarily responsible for skin condition?

Vitamin A (retinol).
The causes of dryness and peeling of the skin very often lie in the deficiency of this particular vitamin. In addition, with his lack of “crow’s feet” appear around the eyes. Vitamin A helps moisturize the skin, protects it from adverse environmental influences, and removes peeling.

Vitamin A prevents wrinkles
Vitamin E (tocopherol)
Great antioxidant. Its lack is manifested by dryness and sagging skin, its premature aging. Tocopherol removes peeling, restores and tones the skin, and in addition, helps to assimilate vitamin A.

Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)
The skin became very dry, cracks appeared on it, a rash – perhaps this is a deficiency of vitamin B2.

Vitamin PP (nicotinic acid)
This vitamin protects against dry and peeling skin, the formation of early wrinkles.

With dry skin, these vitamins are taken orally and used as an external agent in various skin care creams.
